Trains your units, sends them off to battle.

Pro Tip: When you leave the game for a long period you can wait till your camps are full and cannot train anymore troops. At that point you unqueue everything in all your Dojos. Then you can queue up a bunch of expensive units (most likely Smashers) to 'spend' your Sheep. When you come back to the game can unque those units and retrieve your sheep. This will allow you to "hide" a portion of your sheep during your absence from would-be attackers.
